Hi all, Someone please help here...I disputed a 3 year old medical collection for $60 as PAID I have a check number, date, amt., but cannot find this old check, CRA verified as "CHECKED". I am not sure where to go from here? I do not have an account with the bank anymore, had to switch because we moved out of state. If I dispute again, will CRA consider this frivolous?
Should I be sending a letter of validation to the OC or CA? Is it to late for a letter of validation? What other type of letters can I use?
