Medical Collections Impermissible

    Sue them a $1000 for this.
    $760 for a $240 investment isn't to bad of a deal!

    This is interesting. Tenet has it's own collection agency that exists solely to collect on bills not paid to Tenet hospitals. I had 4 medical collections accounts with their CA. After payment in full, they did 2 soft inquiries one and four months after payment in full. I think they did it because I kept calling to let them know that one of the CRAs would not delete as they had requested, so they kept checking my report to see if it really came off or not.
