Medical Collections Questions? Has anybody on this board had any luck using debt validation on medical collections? My medical collections are almost 4 1/2 years old and people have told me to use debt validation. I was a little weary at first, but then I finally did send them. The SOL in my state is 6 years. Do you think they would even have proof of this debt after all these years? The collection agency hasn't even contacted me in two years about this debt. But I thought debt validation might be worth a try because the CRA's keep verifying them. Also, is faxing okay? Thanks in advance.

You have at least 5 threads going on the same subject, and you have gotten some sound advice but you INSIST ON BUMPING EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM and never responding to the questions/advice. FOR WHAT??????????????????? OK, you faxed the validations. Numerous people have told you that CRRR is the best way to go. Nobody can give you 100% guarantee that if you end up in court the fax transmittals will be good enough. Nobody can tell you with 100% certainty that a CRA will accept them. 99% of their decisions are based on the toss of a coin. Do you need someone to tell you that it is OK that you faxed??????? Nothing much in credit repair is certain. Your medical collections are 5 years old. You asked could you still validate. LB said yes. THERE'S YOUR ANSWER. Do you NEED for someone to say no??????

Yes, I did explain how to bump, and Vlad explained to try and keep everything in one post. I was trying to sneak in the board when the boss wasn't looking, and all 5 or 6 posts had been bumped together. THATS when I lost it. You would also need to go back and read his posts. He was getting answers, and was still bumping. Come to find out this is his MO on other boards. Anyways, just defending myself. I feel better. Maybe I need a therapy session
