    Hey all,

I don't have any medical related problems myself but how would this sound as a strategy for all who might?

    1) Perform the DV as usual. Demand the proper information that they must require. This, unless I am wrong, includes detailed billing.

    2) If the CA can't produce the validation, go forth as usual

    3) If they do try to produce the validation, or at least a detailed billing statement, you might have them on violations of HIPAA (the hospital or Dr. that is.) A detailed bill will have charges related to medications, equipment, diagnostic tests, etc. This information is priveleged under HIPAA itself. It is even further protected if it lists ICD-9 diagnosis related codes for billing purposes.

    4) Sue the hell out of the Hospital/Dr. for violations of your privacy and HIPAA. Use this to negotiate settlement and repair of negative credit entries.

    Would this work? Any Ideas?
