Have seen a lot of newbees join during Nov. Dec. & Jan. Anyone know what the total membership is by now?
The first page when I access the forums shows 9141. Dont really know how long till 10,000, no historical bookmark to judge from.
I'm betting that 10k is reached by April. Now actually stop a moment and think about how many active members there are.....
Re: Re: Member count I figure there will be an influx of new registers wanting info about taxes and tax liens... this is the time of year that people start to worry... I'm looking to April/May for things to pick up.. people who did their taxes and can't afford to pay.. and people who haven't done them because they know it's gonna be bad.. I don't know what the historical average is around here.. I've been here since 00 but didn't register until 01.

Re: Re: Member count I'm betting on Butch. But I can't figure this out. If you go to account, then click ignore, then click for complete members list, you get a list of all of the members (supposedly). Click on top ten posters. That gives you ten per page. But the last page is 765. That would only be 7650 members. And the last pages have members with zero posts, which eliminates my original theory that it only listed those who have posted. Seems like a discrepancy to me.
Re: Re: Member count There are now 9156, according to the front page. That's 15 in a day. (Almost 24 hours since the 9141 figure was posted.) At the rate of 15 per day, it will be 56 days until 10,000. That would be the early part of March, so closer to Butch than darkdoj. Of course, that's a one day sample, so who knows if it's accurate. I guess we should revisit this thread in about a month and see how we're doing.
