This is just my second time posting I was "learning lurker". I began to know what is was for a debt collector to be in violation of the law. I found wells fargo to be violation in there efforts ( later proved that I owed them nothing) I filed suit in small claims. long story short they contacted me before the court date. We negotiated for several days via phone. finally came out with a deletion of my auto loan balance 2500.dollars plus more than a couple hundred in my pocket. lastly, a letter stating my account was paid as agreed coould not get them to state on the letter that i paid on time never late I was late 2x in last 3years. but any how, you guys have show me to standing up for my consumer rights can have very positive results thanks to all of you contributuing members!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
