   I had a NextCard account which was for $1000 CL which was incl in myCH7 BK.
   
   Today in the mail I received a Merrick Bank account for 1000.00, all the credit avail.
   
   Why did I get this? I never applied, and I can't get through to human customer service?
   
   Is this a trap?

   Merrick bought some of the Nextcard accts. It appears that either somone screwed up, or, Nextcard never updated your acct to show as in bk. Before you use it, I would talk to your lawyer.
