Anybody have luck getting Merrick Bank to lower interest rates? I'm stuck at 22.95%. I asked them back in August, no answer, called a week ago and they told me to reapply, didn't receive my application, and sent me forms again. And I just noticed they pulled a soft inquiry in August. What for? Got to call them on that.
