merry christmas guys !! i dunno but for some reason its SOMETIMES tough for me to log on to this forum , gotta be honest i get very frustrated at times becouse ive been trying to post since sunday & i could'nt but oh well im here now . ENEGMA your advise seems to be the best ive gotten so far & that even includes talking to 2 lawyers in person but im not gonna lie i very scared to go thru this process just simply becouse im so out of my element when dealing w these legal matters . i wish the guy that last posted on the orig. post named BOB was correct about them not serving me properly becouse HE IS CORRECT THAT THERES NO WAY THAT I WAS SERVED PROPERLY BECOUSE I WAS *** NEVER *** EVEN SERVED IT WENT TO A NEIGHBOR THAT I DON'T EVEN KNOW WITH JUST LIKE A .41 CENT STAMP ! ITS CRAZY THE LAW HAS BECOME SO CORRUPT JUST BECOUSE LOBBIEST HAVE PAID OFF ( YUP ITS CALLED BRIBED ) OUR NEVADA STATE OFFICIALS INTO ( I GUESS ) ALLOWING PEOPLE TO BE LEGALLY SERVED W/O *** REALLY *** GETTING SERVED JUST SO COLLECTION ATTORNEYS CAN GET DEFAULT JUDGEMENTS ! ITS WRONG BUT HELL JUST LOOK AT OUR HOUSE & SENATE WERE ALL IN REAL TROUBLE W ALL THIS CORRUPTION . ok im over it lol ....... enegma i wrote down the answer you told me about in answering the complaint but do you or anybody have some advise on the best way for me to get some help in the way to do this & on exactly what papers to use ???? ok well thanks again , Julie in cold Nevada .......................
