I just got a letter from the attorney of the company that I've been fighting with on the Equifax "Brain Teaser", in this response he says that they were required by the FTC settlement to report the account as a "METRO CODE 13" and they have done so on at least four occasions... Equifax Brain Teaser thread http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52943 #1 what is the METRO CODE 13 #2, should I escalate the dispute to the FTC office which handled the case against them, send them a copy of the tradeline and the letter, and show that they've admitted to verifying the account 4 times with Equifax, however if they really verified, and were reporting only "factual information" they should have been able to catch the unfactual reporting in any one of those four times.
