I understand the SOL on a attorney Lien is ten years here. I fired this attorney for lack of service, delaying lawsuit and ineptitude....He turned around and sneakily got a judgment on my property which is held in tenancy by the entirety. He did not inform me of the pending judgment and he did not inform my wife....His bill consisted of blatant over charges and fraud....This lien is over seven years old now....Is there anyway to get this Lien voided...? Isn't there a set procedure attorney liens have to follow....? How do you save a drowning attorney....? Lift your foot from the top of their head.....!
