While doing research on mortgage loans, I have noticed talk about a middle score. What does this refer to?

For mortgages, lender pull a report compiled of all 3 major bureaus. Traditionally, they use the middle score to decide the interest rate and terms of the mortgage agreement.

    for example, your scores are:

    Trans Union: 685
    Experian: 712
    Equifax: 667

The lender will use the Trans Union socre of 685.

That's what I thought, but I wanted to make sure.

    Thanks,
