Has anyone had any experience with this company that lives in TX? They have just appeared on my TU report for a Speigals charge off that is two years old for 466.00. They may be on the other 2 as well, but I don't have those reports yet. I have done a search on this board, and I have seen various approaches. I saw one person who had a judgement from them that they did not know about, so before I do anything, I was wondering if anyone in TX had any experience with these people.
I think they may also do business as First Credit Solutions?? Not sure, but I think I remember seeing these 2 linked. If so, I have a paid collection which they refuse to remove... I didn't negotiate removal before I paid (unfortunately I didn't know better back then).
