    Graphrix,

Did you ever dispute the MCM TLs w/ the CRAs during the validation period?

This is the letter that worked for me

RE: Dispute Letter of June 16, 2003
    Account #«AccountNumber»

    «CA Company»
    «Address1»
    «City», «State» «PostalCode»

    Dear Sir/Madame:
This letter shall serve as formal notice of my intent to file a lawsuit against your company, «CA Company», due to your blatant and objectionable disregard of the law.

Please be aware that I have sent «CA Company» two validation demand letters by certified mail dated June 16, 2003 registered mail number «CertMailNum» and July 16, 2003 registered mail number «CertMailNum2». My certified return receipt cards show that «CA Company» on «CertMailDate1» and «CertMailDate2» received and signed for these letters.

Your failure to follow the law has forced me to have a lawsuit drafted against you for the following:
    1) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act
    2) Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
    3) Defamation of credit
    4) Negligence
    5) Loss of opportunity
    6) Injunction seeking immediate court ordered relief from further credit damage.

My lawsuit will be filed in the State of XXXX, XXXX County Court without further notice. I will be seeking damages in the amount of $5,000.

If you wish to resolve this matter, this will be your last opportunity to do so. The following items must be deleted from my credit files with any and all of the major credit reporting bureaus including Equifax, Experian, Innovis, and TransUnion within 72 hours of the confirmed transmission of this facsimile, and you must forward a letter to me via facsimile #XXX-XXX-XXXX stating they have been removed and will not reappear on my credit reports again by you or another collection agency. This offer will not be available once my lawsuit is filed. Thank you and I look forward to resolving this most expeditiously.

    Sincerely,

    Tiger00

Thanks Tiger! It sounds good to me, I know I would be intimidated if I got that ltr.
