I faxed them a validation request on 8/4/02, to this date they have not responded. I pulled my Exp. report tonight and there is a soft inquiry from 8/29/02. Is this continued collection activity even though it's a soft? I have managed to get them deleted from Exp. & Eqf. but not TU. They better not reinsert.
