LET ME SEE...I can pay $105.00 for this item at this store with the 5% FEE, or I can go to the next store that is $99.95, NO FEE...and they take my card.

We charge $0.38-$0.44 at my WAL*MART (for most of them...regular size).

F.Y.I. DISCOVERCARD MAKES US CALL FOR CHARGES OF $0.01 TO $0.99...(I just tell the customers DISCOVERCARD requires $1.00 or more...SORRY)!!!

Yep, most major stores don't ask for minimum purchase because they are concerned about customer service and they seem to know more about card procedures. But I wonder if some of the smaller merchants just don't know that they are violatiing any rules.

They SIGN paper-work...it's in there...or they SHOULD be VERBALLY TOLD...

I use a debit card all the time at Wal-mart in order to get cash back.

Simply buy a candy bar for .44 cents, and get up to $100 cash back. This avoids the $2.00 ATM fee.
