A CRA which is unusually stingy with its reports, by some unknown miracle (possibly accident) actually provided a complete report when asked to provide a complete report in the dispute. This is after staff at said CRA told the person that they provided it to, to just pay the $9 like everyone else has to. Proof that if you do ask for something, you may just happen to get it.
Great job Jam! I too requested a newly updated and complete CR following their investigation. I hope they comply with mine as simply as they complied with yours.
I was prepared to just go online, and get the 'dispute' copy of the report... But this was a lot easier, got the second letter ready to go already...
