Hi Ender I haven't been here to much in a while. Could you please tell me who you sued and for what? I'm in the process of suing TU. Maybe I can get some pointers from you. I really don't wish to loose this one..lol! It's the only CRA I'm planning on suing and I want to do it right...!! Thanks
I sued all 3 CRA's requesting deletion and $5k. I won one, lost one, and settled out of court for another. I would recommend having all your paper work in order with the FCRA handy with all the place sthey violated it. Make sure you present your case clearly and have all your facts straight. Good luck!
