    Thanks for the information concerning Sterling that you provided during the chat. I am looking forward to hearing how it all works out for you. If you are able to get the account removed then I have some hope! Once again thanks and please let us know as soon as you know.

    I will keep you informed. Like I said before I just sent out the disputes on 10/31 so it should be another week or so I hear anything.
