The person you went thru for your FHA Approved mortgage-----are they with a national company?? If so, can I have their info? How did you make it with the down payment %.....I hope it went well Thanks~ AnnMarie
Hi am, they aren't national they only deal in a few select stated, thankfully VA was one of them, most east coast. We need 3% down and closing cost, down payment can be ours or all gift doesn't matter. Mom
