I'm surprised no one got this going???

    Anyways....

Got 2 offers from FCNB. One for their *secured* MC for $300. It is required that I send them $49! I thinks NADA! Same old crappy terms: 19.80%, $39 annual fee, 30 day grace, 2 cycle billing, etc. Trippin...

The second one is for their Spiegel card. This is the third offer I've received from them. It appears that this offer comes once every 2 months. The first one was for an $800 limit and the last two were for $400. Typical department store terms: no annual fee, 22.6% apr, 2 cycle billing, 30 day grace. One good thing I noticed is that they won't charge you a late fee unless payment is received 10 days after the due date. I haven't seen that in a long time. Nowadays, if payment isn't received by 1pm local time on the day it's due, they are trying to charge you a late fee. I know this is true for Citibank.

<Where's that bunny dang it! LOL....my jump shot is already on POINT so....>

I received the associates offer for 25.99% APR with approval up to 4K.....TRASH. I cannot seem to break the prime ceiling. Equifax and Trans Union completely clean.....no derogs at all. Experian is another story.

The Speigel card is pretty good. You can use it at Eddie Bauer, Speigel, Newport News and another store I forget. I started with a measly 250 limit in May of '99. Today drum roll.........$3750.00. One thing I can say about them is they will increase your limit without asking. Every six months. It starts with a 500 limit increase, then its 1K every 6 months with no late payments.

    Got my TU update.

They deleted two accounts. One I requested, the other was FUSA that was included in my BK and of course they weren't reporting right. I had two disputes for them, one on each card I had with them, and one is now deleted and the other now states included in Bk w/zero balance. Looks like other accounts I was disputing in regards to the bk are already reporting right.

Fusa Sucks!!! (Excuse my language!) I wish we never would have even gotten accounts with them!!

Anyway, that's about it. Again, thanks for letting me vent! :)

    Sister Girl -

how funny. I received a Marshall Fields card yesterday as well.

also received Bank of America Plat. Visa. reviewed the terms 3.9% on all balance transfers for the life of the card - transferred 3 more credit card accounts to the card (small amounts, but heck, none of my others beat 3.9%).

transunion letter with the addresses of four creditors that keep reporting and or verifying information that I dispute. also an enclosure asking if I am working with a credit repair company.
