Has anyone had contact with them as far as debt collection? Since they are Bankrupt, could it be easier to dispute them off a report?
My account is listed on my reports as *transfered or sold* and is scheduled to continue on record until 10-2001. Equifax verified the item just recently. I remember a collection agency was trying to contact me back in like mid 1999 but I haven't heard anything since.
Your account wasn't with MW- it was with Monogram Credit Card Bank, a part of GE. It doesn't vanish, and GE is pretty good at reporting negative info.
