Does anyone have any experience with Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia? What credit report do they use?

I got turned down for a Wards card by Monogram based on a report from Experian, an organization that I try to avoid as much as possible.
Yes I have a few cards issued by them. I'm not sure who they use for approval. But know they do report to the major three CRA's. (trans union, experian, equifax).
