Over the weekend I got a reply from the Houston BBB, about my complaint concerning CSC Credit Services. They had received a response to their letter directly from CSC, and forwarded it to me. Also enclosed was a copy of my CSC consumer credit report! CSC sent the Houston BBB a copy of my credit report!!! I am completely dumbfounded by CSC's idiocy. I just can't fathom them being so stupid. To make matters worse, at least in my view, they still haven't even realized or acknowledged that I have been asking for the procedures used in their reinvestigation. For whatever reason they just think that I am redisputing the items. Sorry, just another rant about CSC...
It's the world acording to CSC, I contacted a Houston Credit Union that in good faith updated my credit info being reported, however we can't seem to get the info changed.
