I've already shared my history w/ Experian: http://consumers.creditnet.com/phorum/read.php?f=1&i=37249&t=37249 Here are some details. When I first disputed their statement regarding my address, I got back a form Q&A letter! Here's how it goes: "Q: Why does the notice 'this is a non-residential address' appear on my credit report? A: As part of our fraud-prevention program, we evaluate address information. This notice indicates that the address listed was reported to us by a credit grantor and is a non-residential address." See original post for more info on how I did manage to remove that "notice" after all. Funny thing is, once removed, I was sent an "updated" Q&A sheet! This time it said: "Q: Can a non-residential address be deleted from the credit report? A: Yes, and we have deleted that information from the credit report." Never a dull moment w/ Experian! Saar
