More problems with CreditExpert

    I keep trying to sign in but whenever I try to enter my user ID I get a script error. Anyone else havin g this problem? I'm glad I'm not paying for this service.

    I'm getting the same error on the Experian page when I try to start a dispute. They seem to be having a problem with the welcome screen.

    Make sure you cancel on day 29..they have already billed me and now they are going to process a credit..SUCKS! I jut hope my bank does not charge me.

    I had a similar problem yesterday and thought it was my computer. I hate windows XP. I've rebuilt the thing twice and my video card still does not work very well (crashes on 3d, etc). Sorry for the tangent.

    I was able to eventually login, despite the error messages.

    I cancelled by email on days 27 and 29. I could still access it online, so I called on day 29. Then again on days 30 and 31. Each time I was told "I will cancel that for you right now." They had a hold on my Visa. I called Cap 1 and we did a three way call with a supervisor at CE. She was clueless! The rep from Cap1 finally asked for the merchant # to credit my account. The CE supervisor said she had never heard of such a thing, and neither had anyone else there. She insisted my account had not been charged.

    I finally had to PFB Cap 1 to have it credited to my account. They had charged me on day 30.Mr. Cooke did a three way call with CE, this rep was also clueless. What a nightmare!
