Dave, I don't know how I missed that thread! Anyway, it seems like Mr. Brown is doing his thing. I have never spoken to this guy but he seems to be as helpful as Mr. Miller from CapOne. Recently I had asked Mr. Brown if they could delete the late pays from my Exquifax report. He wrote me backing saying he could not but as of yesterday they are gone. I wish you the best of luck and hope it works out for you. If you have any problems with FUSA let me know. I have a contact there but she's not as helpful as Messrs. Brown or Miller. Manny
Thanks, Manny. I don't have a card with FUSA, so I won't need to try to contact anyone there. That's great news about your late payment notations. I'll wait until I have made a few more on-time payments and ask if they'll remove mine (or really their whole tradeline if they don't reopen the account for me).
