More TU nonsense (long)

Well in addition to what Marie has pointed out, they continue to pull other stunts that may or may not be violations.

I disputed 2 student loans that were showing only as installment loans. I called on Thursday to find out the status, and was told by c.s. that they couldn't access my report and I would have to speak with "Priority Processing". I asked what that was and was told because I had used an atty in the past I had to deal with the above. I have never used an atty as far as TU is concerned.

C.S. told me Priority would call me back. I politely said no, you guys never return phone calls, I'll hold. 10 minutes later some supervisor from priority gets on the phone and informs me the reason I have to deal with them is because the word "attorney" is part of the name of the company I work for. What kind of nonsense is this?

She then informs me if my disputes are not answered by yesterday, the accts will be deleted. I only asked they be updated to show student loans.

Called yesterday, the priority rep tells me I have no disputes pending. After arguing with her, she tells me the accts were deleted. Last night I pull a TU cr and lo and behold, there are the accts under a different name without the student loan heading.

Back in Sept when I got the "this board is being watched" letter, I communicated with the author of that letter. He actually helped me in resolving a few final issues I had with TU. When that was completed, he told me to call customer service if I had any disputes or questions. So when I call they say they can't help me. Also, when the loans were in dispute, as Marie stated, they were not marked as in dispute. I am really ticked this time, and may proceed a little further with this.

I don't mean to stick up for TU, but I am in the priority processing club too, and they are very good about returning phone calls, usually within a day. It's kind of a nice perk.

The priority processing I have never dealt with. I told them that because previously they had me some other dept. and they were to call me back several times and never did. Why are you in the club?
