If a judgment is not listed on your credit report, will it come up in the mortgage loan process? Any one have any info to share on this subject?

If the loan application asks if you have any outstanding judgments and you lie about it, that is fraud.

They will be paid. I just don't want them to be factored into my credit score or into the mortgage consideration process. They won't be outstanding.
