My husband has been approved for a mortgage to build a new 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house, to which we will add 2 more bedrooms and another full bath! I have mostly worked on repairing his credit, so mine is not good enough to be considered. I still can't get anything at all on my own. Congrats Terri. I, too, was just approved for 4BR, 2.5 bath house (not built yet). Finally, some of us are getting to enjoy the fruits of our hard work!
