Just wanted to tell everyone that we were able to lock in at 6.375 for a VA LOAN today. That is with no money down or closing costs. Hopefully the house will be complete in 30 days(it was a float down that lasts 30 days). They are installing the cabinets and other interior stuff on Tuesday. Anyway, just wanted to share that for those that have been following our journey to become homeowners...
