Thank you to all who post here either looking for help and helping others. I had a NO CREDIT SCORE as of 8 months ago. Last week I closed on my house at 6% for 30 years due in part to my great credit scores. ( I locked in at 6% a month earlier) Alot of the things I did to increase my score exceptionally fast I got from this forum and I thank you all. I have learned so much in the past months that I am helping many others with credit problems as well to reach their goals. I reference this site religiously whenever I do.
All I can say in my quest for FICO freedom and a mortgage is that in America your credit is king. With good credit all doors are open to you, with bad credit you cant even see the doors. Do whatever it takes to maximize your credit worthiness and always, always ensure its accuracy.

Well you reached my goal. I have been rebuilding for 1.5 years and would be happy with 8% within the next 9 months. GREAT JOB!!!

Well, if you'd be happy with 8%, you could probably do that now.

    $150,000 @ 8% 30 yr = $1,100.65 P&I

I would be fine with it if I could refinace it in a couple of years, if you read my situation. I'm paying $1005 in rent right now so it isn't to big of a step. 30k me 18k her, does she hurt, does she help? Thanx for any response!
