We found out our mortgage was approved this morning. 7.5% interest rate, fha loan. We didn't need to pay off any unpaid collections (we have two, one for $1300 & the other for $500). Our closing is scheduled for 3/29. Just wanted to thank all that have helped me on this board. I've found so much information here that helped our dream come true. Thanks guys.
