I called the mortgage company this morning and they acknowledge receipt of my 13 envelopes of information....(chuckle)! They said my packet went to underwriting on Wednesday, and that I should expect an answer by next Wednesday b/c of the holiday..and it is busy at the end of the month with people closing before me... She wouldn't say if my lawsuit would prevent me from getting the mortgage or not. She just said that I had documented everything well. Praying!!!
