Is it possible to get a decent rate home mortgage with no proof of income?

On a $100,000 home, how much do you think I would have to pay down to qualify?

What is causing the need for no proof of income? Do you not have enough income to qualify, or is there some other reason that you can't prove the income?

There are NO Doc loans available that you may qualify for. Depending on the loan that you seek, you'll need 15-25% down. These loans are FICO driven and most of the programs you will need a 680 or above to qualify for a sttractive rate.
