Check it out - http://www.itrust.com wholly-owned subsidiary of Federated - the checking is from Netbank, the brokerage is by Ameritrade, but the mortgages are from FDS Bank. Funny thing, their rates aren't that bad - 5.625 for a 5-year adjustable with no points. I was starting a refinance with Morgan Stanley for 5.5 + 1 point ... but this is interesting. I wonder if I get my President's Club Visa renewed without having so spend $2500 if I refi with them!!? -mj
