I am hoping you can give me the number you called? My husband was denied a few days ago and when he called them he was treated terribly. No one would talk to him, they just kept transferring him back and forth. Finally, a supervisor came on and said she could not tell him why he was denied, just that he would get a letter. Maybe we just need the number you called. We called the number on the back of a Target card. Thanks!
