Hi Wizards I got a call from a CA that I am being sued in my County. I checked the county website and saw that there is another lawsuit against me from LVNV that I was not aware of. I got the documents from the court for the existing suit and saw that a motion for default judgement has been filed, but the case is still open and no judgement has been awarded yet. Is it too late to file an answer, even though I was never served? There is a notarized document saying that i was serverd in person at my address, but I was not there at the time they claim to have served me. There was no note on the door or a summons in the mail. Can someone please help me ? Thanks a lot.
