I just recieved a motion for summary final judgment, i want to respond but first I need to know how... (sample letter would help) First, the reason i recieved this is because CACV is trying to collect a debt. Problem is the debt is now $7000+ what the original actual debt was. Second when I asked for proof they just used a generic letter stating they purchased loans from MBNA back on a certain date, nowhere does it show my actual information. Third, this debt was back in 1999 and the SOL in florida is 4 years. I know its a late reply to vacate judgment, but It was partially my fault for the late response so there is nothing i can do about that now. Also I cannot afford an attorney.
