I need to be pointed in direction to file a motion to compel discoveries. I need a sample form to help me. I need help with wording it in legal lanquage. I understand the first set of discoveries should be asked for voluntarily. These I have mailed. I also understand the parties I sent these to, do not have to respond. I don't want to lose my case.
Contact the other party to comply with the "meet and confer" court requirements before filing a motion to compel. A sample motion to compel should be available in a law form book at the law library.
