Have a lawsuit pending with Experian. Last week went into court for the preliminary hearing and a "Representative" from Experian flew in from Texas the morning of the hearing. I thought..wahoo.."Here comes my cleaned CR". But nope it was some kind of psyche job Experian was trying to pull. She was unable to negotiate and came to court to start to argue. at the mediation hearing!!! What idiots. Anyway after the Judge admonished her for not coming to court ready to work things out and he told her what Experian pulled was the same as not appearing at all,...the Judge in his infinite wisdom set a court date. We left the court room and Ms. Smarty pants walked right down to the clerk and filed a Motion to Remove. Well I get the Motion Yesterday and the Judge's ruling today...denied..haha. They missed the 30 day window. So no endless Motions, Interrogatories, etc. We finish this thing in 60 days. I doubt without the opportunity to bill out mega hours in Federal court, the law firm for Experian will just settle and resign me to the pain in the as* pile.
