Here is a good one. Wife and I curently in a chapter13 BK. ALl payments on time. Never a late pay prior to BK filing. Been in BK for 2 years. Checked TU credit report and showed a bunch of CHarge-Offs on accounts included in BK as well as may late payments of 120+ days AFTER the date of filing. My score on TU was 681 and wifes was 683. Got rid of all late pays and Charge offs with dispute. Got new TU credit report to verify all wrong information was removed. It was but now my score still at 681 and wifes DROPPED to 618. Now how does that happen??? May be charge offs and late pays were better????
