Got a call from mr. cooke about my pfb letter he was real nice and not only combined my 3 accounts into 1 but also lowered my interest rate from 19,9 to 14.9 and said in 3 months if i keep my account in good order he will lower my rate to 11.9 Pfb letter does work
He called today looking for my husband regarding a letter we sent via PFB. Told my husband to call him as soon as he gets home from work!!!
It took about 2 weeks before mr cooke called me about the pfb letter.My accounts were just a regular visa account.
Re: Re: Mr Cook called about pfb letter He called us back the same day we submitted PFB. Lowered rate from 14.9 to 9.9. Didn't get the CL increase since we'd just gotten one 3 months earlier. He said to try back in another few months for that. He was indeed very nice.
i sent something through PlanetFeedBack and i still haven't heard back. How long does it take? My letter was forwarded to Mr. Fairbanks. There seemed to be no way to reach Mr. Cooke.

Re: Re: Mr Cook called about pfb letter I sent them a PFB about a month ago. It took them two weeks to send me an automated mailer saying that they would contact me on the 26th of last month. I still haven't heard a thing from them. I guess I'll have to try again....
