I just got off the phone with Mr. Cooke. He's as nice as everyone says. Very personable, easy to talk to, gets straight to the point, gives you the options, no games. Great customer service. I had four Cap 1 cards with limits too low to do a much needed balance transfer. Well, he combined two of my cards and then gave me an extra line increase, so now I can do my balance transfer. Yippie Skippy! I got what I needed and will be able to do my balance transfer. I am very happy! Plus, I have fewer annual fees to keep up with since I have only two Cap 1 cards instead of four. This was a win-win solution Calmest_LA

Actually, I spoke to him around 8:00 P.M. CST. He must be in high demand to be working that late. He was very nice...I was so shocked...he outlined my options...it was the most pleasant customer service call I've ever experienced. Calmest_LA
