I was real annoyed with Capital One. They sent me two offers. I accepted both but was declined for the second one due to them being less than 45 days apart. I called Customer Relations, talked to 2 managers to no avail. Mr. Cooke came through for me. He could not offer the MC, but he did give me a hefty CL increase. THANK YOU MR. COOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Called for Mr. Cooke today around 1pm PST, had to leave a message, secretary said he was on the phone with Love [ just kidding ]... oh well... there's always tomorrow.
