Mr. Cooke lowered my APR!

    I called him today to follow up on a call from last month, and he lowered my APR to 15.9 from 19.8. I really like him and my business relationship that Capital One and I share.

    Congratulations....

    They lowered me from 15.9 abt 2 mths ago to 9.9 fixed for purchases/cash advances(I'm elated).

    I will be a CapOne cardholder forever !

    Congradulations!!!I called their executive office of Capital One and one of the ladies called Teresa Rose to lower my Capital One Mastercard rate from 15.9% to 11.9% fixed and turned my account from annual fee into no annual fee. I'm going to try to do it again after six months.
