Showing more of my newbie ignorance-- How do you get a CAP 1 letter through PFB to be addressed to Mr. Cooke instead of: Richard D Fairbank, CEO Capital One Financial 2980 Fairview Park Drive Suite 1300 Falls Church, VA 22042
You can't. Mr. Cooke is in the Executive Office, which reviews the correspondence addressed to Mr. Fairbank. Go ahead and send it, someone in the exec office should respond. I sent a PFB yesterday to Cap1 yesterday and got a response within the hour.
I got a credit limit increase using PFB within a couple of hours.I was shocked to find it because they just increased it without emailing me....
I just checked my cap one account since I PFB them too, and they increased my limit too without a word from them. Shocking. It's still only $500 but that's better than $200 LOL.
Mr. Cooke's email address? Here's another "perspective"... I've seen the Exec Office's phone number posted in numerous posts...but, I haven't seen a direct email address. Does someone have Mr. Cooke's email? (thinking out loud) Then again, I don't know if Mr. Cooke will be inundated with tons of emails if it gets published...remember an old post regarding his "privacy"... TIA, Ted
