    Hi All,

    A question about Planet Feedback and MR. Cooke. I went to Planet Feedback and wrote a letter to Capital One regarding my account situation. When the letter was done the name on the delivery part was the CEO'S some guy named Fairbanks. Anyone know about this? I put attention MR. Cooke also, I didn't know about this Fairbanks guy. If worse comes to wores I'll call the office on Monday, but I wanted your feedback. Thanks.

    Yea, PFB addresses ALL the coorespondance to the CEO (Mr. Fairbanks). But Mr. Cooke will get it rest assured.

    Thanks, The bastards sent my account to some agency for a possible judgement if I don't respond in 30 days. I didn't think it would go this far for the small amount I owe them.

    Ummm, not to sound judgemental, but if it's a small amount, why not pay them?

    Itâ??s not good to be judgmental when you donâ??t even know the person or anything about their situation. Iâ??ve just made some bad choices credit wise and now Iâ??m paying for it. I donâ??t have the money to pay it all up front and Iâ??m honestly trying to resolve it.

    MR. Cooke actually called me back today, I missed his call though. Iâ??ll keep you guys posted. Thanks for everyone else who gave me helpful info regarding him.
