I went to planet feedback to send a letter to Mr. Cooke regarding removing a 30-day late. I went to payment/billing,typed the question and my letter wound up being forwarded to Richard Fairbanks CEO? I chose not to send the letter because I want to be sure it gets to the correct dept. Does Mr. Cooke respond to Richard Fairbanks's Email? Thanks,Janet
Yes - he is usually the person who responds - there's another gentleman who may respond and from what I've seen here on this site he's pretty good also. I've only had 2 dealings with Mr. Cooke and he's come through for me! good luck!
