Everyone.... I have butterflies. I, too, have gotten a request to speak with the man, the myth, the legend - Mr. Miller! I sent a PF message to CapOne about 2 hours ago and have already gotten a reply!!!!!!!!! I am trying to get an account I included in BK in 1997 reopened and changed to a positive status if I keep the payments on it. I owed $3200 when I filed so I asked that the account be re-opened with a limit & balance of $3200 and removal of negatives. Essentially, that makes it a secured card. What should I say to this guy when I get him! I could hardly leave a voicemail for him I was so excited! Anyone think he can help me? Tom
Tom, Take a deep breath and call. Mr. Miller is a terrific guy. Regardless of the outcome, you'll enjoy talking with him. Just be prepared to briefly state your case and ask your question. Mr. Miller will do all he can for you, I'm sure. I pray everything works out. Please let us know. Donna
Arghhhh! He couldn't help me. However, he did say I could get a reaffirmation account for the balance of $3200 and when paid down, could be used just like any other credit card. The old account would show as being paid in full. He IS a great guy and I MIGHT take them up on this offer. Tom
